Yesterday I went into triage for pain and contractions was 1cm and stood for an hr and still 1cm. I went home and ate some spicy wings, had sex ( which was painful btw lol) but all night and day I’ve been having some painful and some not painful contractions and now they’re about 3-6 minutes apart and lasting up to a minute. I called the nurses line to see what I can do, I’ve been keeping myself busy all morning with cleaning and moving around to help speed things up. Hopefully tonight is the night! 🤞🏻🤞🏻
