Ovulation spotting!!??

Please help ... What does this mean? I’m reading it’s low estrogen, it’s high estrogen, it’s your body saying your fertile.. could be change in diet , could be your not fertile, could be this could be that. I feel like talking to women who might be going thru this would be better then talking to a regular dr. Even tho I am going to go as soon as they open again since it is NEW YEARs. Couldn’t have come at a better time.
