So the other night, I moved my 13 week old into his crib in his room. He has been sleeping in a rock n play for 10+ hours a night so I figured since he wasn’t waking as much, it would be fine. **i tried the pack n play in our room and he was so restless all night and never actually slept well** His first night was wonderful (except for me checking on him every 1-2 hours. He slept 8 hours the first stretch, ate, and slept 5 more. He never moved or wiggled around.

I was telling my mom about how well he was doing the second night and she got all freaked out saying it was too early for him to be alone and that he should be in my room. I have a monitor beside my bed and I can literally hear him breathing but she got me so freaked out that I couldn’t sleep for 2 hours. I went and got him and put him back in our room just from sheer anxiety.

Is it bad to have him in his room at 3 months?
