Regulating Ovulation
I'm posting this on 2 sorry if anyone sees a duplicate. We decided we don't want to prevent another baby and I actually need to get my obvious lation regulated as it's never gone back after giving birth 5 months ago. Can anyone tell me suggestions on how to regulate my occulation or get it back I'm down to breastfeeding part time now.
