Which birth control do you recomend?

I'm due Jan. 30th with baby #2 and my first is 18 months now. My midwives keep asking what we want to do about birth control. We're not sure if we want a third and I'm pretty sure we'd like a break before if we decide we do.  Just looking to see if anyone here as experience with any of these methods I'm considering.  Also, did you get it implanted right away?

I'm on my second arm implant. I had one and it was removed April 2016 and then I had my son April 2017 and then my daughter September 2018 and now I'm black with the implant. Not planning on any other babies and I've always had a good experience with it. I cant speak from experience on the copper IUD but my sister and a friend of mine both have it and have complained about lots of pain and way heavier and more painful periods. I dont have periods on the implant though.

Im planning on the copper iud again after this one is born. My periods were a little heavier than when I was on the pill but not as bad as when I was TTC. I loved the no hormones and no worrying about taking a pill every day. I got it put in at my 6 week appointment.

I got the copper IUD at my 6 wk appt and had it removed 6m later. I had my period on it every other week for the entire time I had it. As soon as it was removed, back to normal cycles.

Due may 1st with baby #2 and we’re in the same boat... I’m not sure about #3, my husband says no way but doesn’t want a vasectomy and doesn’t want me to get my tubes tied “just in case he changes his mind” 😂 I plan to get the Mirena. With my first, i had my first post partum period a month after I stopped bleeding from delivery 🤦🏻‍♀️ my milk supply took a huge hit and I don’t want that to happen again so I’m hoping to keep my hormones level and my period away with the Mirena. I had the copper one prior to TTC and periods were awful.
