Anyone else have bad cramps when they need to have a BM? It’s worrying me 😕

I always cramp a lot during the beginning of my pregnancy. I think it’s pretty normal

I was extremely constipated in the first trimester during my first pregnancy and it was painful. Try drinking a ton of water to help move things along or get a pregnancy-safe laxative (if you’re constipated)
