Yes it can, though your greatest risks are from dehydration and high fever. Use Tylenol to help keep your temperature down and drink lots of fluids like water, Gatorade and apple juice to stay hydrated. If you find you’re throwing up frequently or your temp is staying above 100.4 I would encourage you to seek medical attention either through your doctor or the emergency room.

It can. You should call your OB and depending on how sick you are they may want to hospitalize you to keep you on enough fluids.

Not a silly question! Influenza can cause miscarriage (not telling you to scare you, just letting you know) but if you are under the care of a doctor and have gotten your flu shot the risk is much lower. Just try to stay hydrated and take any meds your dr has prescribed. Call your dr if you get a high fever or one that doesn’t respond to Tylenol. I hope you feel better soon!!
