Does anyone have any live saving cramp remedies?

Heat pads dont work and im not up for using medication. Any ideas? My cramps have been really bad over the past 4 hours... 😩😰😵🙃😁❤🤔

Water. I dont know why but my cramps were knock me down, leave me laying in bed shaking and sweating, gripping the sheets trying not to vomit bad. If I drink water starting a few days before my period and throughout my entire period (just water, nothing else) it helps a shitload.
