Sorry he was mid sneeze when I took this but my three year old has these red spots all over his face, on his chest, and his arms.

He has been sick with a cold for the last three days, I haven’t given him any sort of new medicine that I haven’t given him before so I’m not sure what this is?? He hasn’t eaten anything new, we don’t have any new items in our house just Incase some say it’s an allergic reaction I’m throwing that out there.

His doctors office is closed today but if this is serious I will be taking him in immediately to Children’s to be checked out I just wanted to ask before I took him in to see if maybe it could be sick related? Our nearest Children’s is an hour away. Idk. I’ve never experienced this before. He’s three btw.
