The last year was full ... full of growth, new beginnings, and most of all heart ache. But we all made it.

No, a year ago I didn’t imagine myself here. I thought that I would be down having fun with family. I thought it was going to be a year of love and laughter. Instead my heart was shattered, I lost my love because of a drinking problem in which he fixed, and I lost my grandmother.

However, this post isn’t about everything I loved through this year. It’s about the fact that no matter what you faced tomorrow is a new beginning. Maybe only in the symbolic sense, but still. I’m looking forward to learning from this year and starting a new adventure!

So here is to 2019, let’s leave the past in the past, and keep moving forward with a better understanding.
