What do I need to sanitize?

I know bottles and breast pump. What about pacifiers? Also how often do i sanitise?

We never sanitized anything! It's actually not necessary whatsoever and sanitizing things too often can actually be bad for your child's immune system and make them sick. Soap and hot water work just fine!

I sanitized everything from pacifiers to bottles until about 4 months old then I put everything in the dishwasher. I did it everyday.
