Not really too much to say, I would just like some insight if anyone has any.

In May of 2018 I had to have emergency surgery because of an ectopic pregnancy. My left fallopian tube had ruptured and i was internally bleeding for weeks and had no idea, it honestly felt like I had bruised ribs which is why it went undetected for so long. I found out I was pregnant and lost the baby all in the same day, I was devastated and still am some days but things have gotten a lot better. At this point, I would like to try for having another baby, and would like to know how to go about it and what my chances are with just having the 1 tube now.
