I just ended my period and now I’m really itchy down there and it’s really bother some... what does this mean? (Only 14 and virgin)

Could be yeast, that can happen from your period. Blood is more acidic than normal vagina discharge so it can kill the good bacteria keeping yeast in check. Keep it clean, don’t use soap. If you’ve got a lot of discharge and it doesn’t clear up in a day or so either ask your mom for help, or call your doctors office to talk to the nurse.
