Continuing to workout while pregnant (help!)
Hi ladies! I am newly pregnant (5W3D). Prior to becoming pregnant I’d do 3-hour long HIIT bootcamp classes + 2-3 days of HIIT/weight machines at the gym. I am in pretty good shape and would always give my workouts my all.
Today was my first day working out since finding out I was pregnant (I hadn’t worked out in a week) and I feel like I got exhausted SO quickly. I even cut my workout in half and only did 30 minutes instead of an hour. I definitely did not expect to feel so exhausted/winded so easily.
Any tips on what I can be doing to help with stamina/breathing? This workout was incredibly discouraging and made me feel so out of shape😓
