Best Thing That Helps Me Sleep

So, it's 0430 and I'm up again... Too early specially on a day k could have slept in.  It's so frustrating.  I was trying to think back of when I slept soundly throughout the night.... Then I could remember.  My husband and I are both active duty military and the army has is currently station apart.  (Me: Hawaii, him: Kansas.). Last time I slept through the night is when I'm wrapped up snuggle in his arms, and when he feels or sees me start to wake up he gently runs my back and puts me out every time, like a baby.   I can't wait to get transferred to Kansas.  What help you sleep?!
