Cramps and spotting

So today is the day Aunt Flo is expected , my test says otherwise! BPF!

But for the last two days I’ve had cramp pain in my right side very low sort of in my groin followed by small amounts of pink spotting when I wipe I would only be 3+6 so I don’t think the doctor can see or do anything yet or am I wrong ? I’m scared I had a chemical in August so really worried
