Ever since I started sixth grade (this year) I started to use tampons but my mom buys the ones that are cheap with the paper packaging and the tampons themselves hurt so much because of how hard they are and I use the smallest size. I need recommendations please. When I'm cramping really bad I use care free pads but they feel kinda small and dont always get most of the blood and I need recommendations for longer ones but them to be comfortable to walk and run in.
