Has anyone have this before BFP

Currently 12 dpo and notice faint blue vein on boobs and AF due in two days and i dont have this when i get period and i normally get headaches and cramps until day before AF comes but my boobs dont hurt just the nipples (tmi sorry for this) btw happy new year 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
