Weird question but what position could my baby possibly be in? Explanation in comments

So like, the green circle is where I felt a big hard lump, either a butt or a head for sure. The purple circle was another lump but not as hard or big. The pink represents kicks or punches. I have no idea what she could be doing in there, like what position. She’s so silly!

It’s so hard to tell, I thought for sure the head was one way because the really strong kicks I got must have been his legs. When I had a 4d scan the next day his feet were in his face 🤷‍♀️

I only figured out that my girl turned because she likes to flutter her hands way down low by my hoohaa and I'm like, "are you trying to pop out and wave or what the hell?" 😂😂😂 
Sunday night I couldnt sleep worth a damn, and ended up rolling over and feeling like my uterus separated from my muscles because of how bad it hurt 😂 it happened with my dd1 as well, but now my muscles are weaker. My stomach has changed shapes since then and I believe that was around the time that she turned. Now by 10am at work I was in EXCRUTIATING pain on monday and could barely walk. Today I only worked a partial day and by 9:30 I was ready to cry. My back is wrecked, and my low abdomen muscles HURT. 
It's all just a guess of course, but I'd say if you're not feeling well stuff low down stuff that the baby might be transverse. My dd1 was transverse until 34 weeks and then flipped and I started feeling the hand movements then, too 😂

This is like my babe at the ultrasound. Likely sideways or in correct birthing position. Could be head and shoulders in one spot. Toes in another and knee or butt in another. They curl in weird positions.

It is hard to figure out because you placenta location makes a big difference. Mine was on the top of my uterus but now I feel him kicking a lot around there. Had a ultrasound at 28 weeks and found my placenta is now in front of my belly, right in the middle... that’s why I don’t feel much around there but feel really high kicks.

My baby is laying in this position heads down facing left an the leg are cuddled into his head his bum is by my ribs
