Opinions needed!
Alright ladies.
Here come the new year new me posts. 🙄But this one just so happens to be on New Years lol
I have an 11 year old son and I’m TTC baby #2. I was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. This is month 3 TTC. Periods are super regular and I seem to be ovulating each month. I’m super lucky.
But I do want to lose weight. I’ve wanted to for a while but have had zero motivation
Now that I’m TTC, I feel like it will help. So now there is my motivation
My question is if I start really working out and dieting, and say I get pregnant in the next month or two, will it still be OK to exercise how I have been?
