The last 3 periods I’ve had have been VERY heavy and abnormal. It will start out as just spotting for a day not even enough for a light tampon and then the next day it will turn into soaking through super tampons in an hour or less usually and sometimes it will leak out also. They have usually come on time or are no longer than a day or two late. I don’t usually have too bad of cramps but I have a constant dull ache in the same spot. I am however 7 months post partum so I know it’s typical to have abnormal periods. I’m wondering if I should be seen because of how heavy it is or just let it be?
