Nutrition plan
Is anyone using a nutrition plan? If so please let me know your recommendations? I’ve been trying to eat healthy but my appetite is increasing and I’m gaining to much weight I think. I started at 123 and I’m at 137-139 and I’m only 12 weeks tomorrow! I don’t want to gain to much weight like I did last time! I also used to smoke so that may have something to do with the quick weight gain!! Any suggestions would be great!
