Spotting at 6weeks

I'm really scared, I had a miscarriage last September I was having brown spotting for two weeks before I miscarry, I started spotting at 4 weeks.

After months of trying I got pregnant again everything was fine till now I had brown spotting

Please tell me if you been through this too , I can't stop crying 😭
