Helpful Tips on TTC Newbie
I hope this is the right group, if not I apologize in advance. My husband and I have been married for almost two years and decided this year we would start TTC for our first child together. I’m 29 and he’s 33.
Just wondering if you have any helpful tips on eating certain foods, certain positions when baby dancing, vitamins and brands....
Also, I’m pretty average for my size : 5’6 and 137 pounds. My daily normal activities keep me busy and in shape for the most part. We have a two story house and I basically do all of the cleaning, laundry, grocery shop, etc since my husband works full time. However, I wanted to start Burn Boot Camp 3 times a week in the new year but have read mixed reviews on starting new exercise programs etc.
