Hello! A little over a month ago I missed a period but got weird spotting that was on par with what you hear of implantation bleeding. I took a test, one a week later and one a week after that... all negative.

Still no period, but about two weeks into the no period season I got slight spotting for about a day. I have headaches, nausea, am extremely tired all the time, peeing a lot, incredibly emotional over everything, bloated, breasts are tender. Just a lot of symptoms of pregnancy!

My question is, can you be pregnant and test negative? My hormones may just be nuts but would be wonderful if this is it! But am not banking on it, more just wondering what’s going on!
