Red bumps - razor burn?

I've had this cluster of completely painless red bumps on my vulva for the past 4-5 days. Logically i think it's razor bumps or some to do with shaving but thought i would get another opinion before seeing a doctor as they are worrying me. I had unprotected sex approximately 3-4 weeks ago

I don’t think they look like razor burn, just as it’s a cluster. I’d go get checked for STDs.
