Any good at home workouts, ladies?
My New Years resolution is to get more fit and toned, but I can’t afford a gym membership, trainer, and can’t get any apps to help. I just want to feel more strong and capable than I do. I’m currently 5’4” and 100 lb and really need some muscle weight in my core, arms, legs, and butt (basically everywhere 😂) Does anyone have a great at-home full body workout I can do without weights? I want to end this year strong! 💪🏼💁♀️
