Shitty Customer Service
So I bought my bassinet in November, but my mom told me not to put it up or even open it. Listening to her, I didn’t open it until a little over a week ago to set it up and I discovered that the one of the leg inserts on the frame is broken. So I try and contact the company so that I can buy the replacement part and despite it being several business days since I e-mailed (called 20 times but was always told there was no representative and it would hang up on me) to ask where I could find the information I still have no response. After some frustrated investigation I was able to find that information but now I have to wait AGAIN for them to contact me before I can order the replacement part. Seriously fuck Delta Children’s customer service.
