4-5 weeks pregnant/ bleeding no clots

I had a miscarriage in July at 16 weeks and I think I’m having another now, but I’m passing no clots? I’d only be around 5 weeks pregnant. Ibe had cramping and a lot of blood. My pad is dry but when I wipe there’s A LOT of red blood. Theres no clots or anything it’s just all blood and some discharge. This just seems nothing like my last miscarriage but maybe it’s cause I was way farther along? Anyone have a miscarriage like I’ve described. I haven’t went to a doctor or anything yet cause it’s New Years so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Should I go to the ER or should I wait until tomorrow and call my ob?
