Loosing weight!
My plan this year is to loose weight I'm currently 11.13 stone! I'm 16 (31.05.2002) and I'm around 5"3 in height. My weight goal is something around 8 stone. I have a few aps on my phone and I plan to use them and do a daily run if I can and build up the mileage I run for! I have a super busy schedule unfortunately! I have to leave my house at 6:15 am (Monday-Wednesday) for college and don't get home 6 - 6:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday! (Wednesday I would get home around 4 - 4:30 pm) on Thursday I leave at 8/8:30 for placement and get home about 4:15-4:30 (can be later sometimes)
I would find it hard to go out for a run as I have a lot of work to do after college and placement! Super stressful! The closets gym to me isn't brilliant but I also get super stressed and anxious because all the people that go there I went school with and they are super skinny or used to bully me so terrifies me! I feel awkward when I go but I do enjoy it! I really want to loose weight and look like my old self (will post pictures)
