Anyone get pregnant from sex every other day during fertile week?

With my daughter we had sex the day before O, day of O, and day after O.
With my son it was one day during my whole fertile week...I believe the day before O. I wasn’t tracking.
I’m now on month 5 trying for baby #3 and still not having any luck. The past two months we had sex the two days leading up to O but unfortunately wasn’t able to have sex on actual O day. 
This month I’m trying the every other day method until a positive OPK then having sex that day and the day of O as well. 
I heard the sperm meet egg plan works good but I can have sex 3 days in a row...it would be forced/planned too much by the 3rd day and just not something I want to do.

I got pregnant having sex twice during fertile week. It only takes once. But more the better!

I had sex 2x during my fertile week the month I got pregnant. Once 4 days before ovulation and once 2 days after
