Maca and cycle ?

For anyone who used Maca did it change your cycle ? I bought some to add to my smoothies but before I use it I want to make sure it won’t mess up my regular cycle

It hasn’t affected my cycle at all.

I took it in a pill form and also to Vitex berry, got pregnant that month. Don’t think it messed up my cycle. Good luck

It jacked up my cycle. I started taking it after a colleague recommended it. I had a very regular cycle, and took it one cycle and it made my period late and I had symptoms I’ve never had before. I stopped taking it, and went back to normal.

My cycles are on the shorter side and it made my last cycle a few days longer. I've read mixed reviews but I think it can mess up a normal cycle.
