Cramps and diarrhea #TMI

I woke up this morning at about 4am with really bad cramps in my lower abdomen and I also have a little bit of diarrhea and it's still going on but the diarrhea has slowed down. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and the cramps are really painful at times. Should I be worried
