Boyfriend wants to switch. Help needed.

So I’m a big time sub and I need help with a couple things.

1. My boyfriend hates to go hard on me, even though he loves to be dominant. He often doesn’t know how to talk dirty or degrade me, so I really need help with that. He’s more of a primal (hunter) so he usually growls, but I’d like him to play out actual fantasies (plots, which he sometimes starts, but never finishes). Does anyone have any idea what things (to whisper into the ear whilst in the act when I’m restrained and he’s on top) are good to start off with and which direction to go after?

2. He’s very curious about bdsm, and actually wants to switch from time to time. I am really bad at being dominant, and it’s a real turn off for me. Where do I start? Are there any techniques to use?

I’m trying to figure out more what he likes to play into it, but i still need help with where to start.
