Sooo my husband and I eloped a few weeks ago but immediate family and a few close friends know. Am I in the wrong to want to have a wedding this fall in 2019? My husband doesn’t want to have a wedding until 2020 and his excuse is “it needs to be good timing” like we are already married? I’ve mentioned how if we don’t have one soon we’ll just keep pushing it off. I also have a feeling that here soon my emotions are going to get the best of me and I’m going to say f it and not want a wedding at all. Can someone PLEASE help 😭 because I don’t know what to do. There are pros about waiting like less financial strain, but I don’t want this coming dec to roll around and us celebrate our first year of marriage when in reality no one knows because we waited so long to have a wedding.
