So, my Bf has been talking about joining the Marines after high school (9th grader) and I also overheard him tell someone he's planning on proposing to me after he graduates (I'm a grade above him), my question is, if we do last that long and do get married, what would it be like having a husband in the Marines? I know he wouldn't cheat, he's not like that, I'm just wondering because it's gonna be hard for his family and I when he goes to serve because we'll never know if he comes back alive or not.
