How do you guys keep a good balance?

Hello for my new year goal this year is to have a good balance of smoking weed but also taking breaks when my body is telling me to, I smoke for my anxiety and depression so it has me where I’m smoking a bowl or two a day which I know isn’t a crazy amount but over time I can feel the affects on my body and I know the highs don’t last as long as usual either, so I was wondering how much you ladies smoke?, and how often and how long of breaks you will usually take till you start smoking again?, And what do you do to help speed the process? Sorry for the so many questions 😬
