Water...

Okay so I HATE water with a passion. Now don’t get me wrong... I love the beach and swimming, etc. But I hate the taste of water. I know, I know... it doesn’t taste like anything. That’s partially the point. But the taste almost makes me nauseous. So as a result, I drink little to no water and basically drink Gatorade, milk, sweet tea. I also get sick a LOT and feel nauseous a LOT and have a feeling my lack of water intake may have something to do with it. Just a rant, but any suggestions for how to intake more water???
