Hey ladies. No bashing please but I'm after some helpful advice on how to stop my 4.5 year old from sucking his thumb. I have been told by one dentist that it won't be an issue until he is 5 but I'm noticing his baby teeth are being pushed forward. He does it as a comfort thing but it's really starting to worry me. I can ask him to take it out and he will, but then he has a melt down and five minutes later it's back in there. Some days I feel like all I say is to get it out. He also has a speech delay, but he had it before sucking his thumb. Again no bashing thank you. I'm stressed out enough.
