Bloating???

Have yal experienced any stomach aches with pregnancy. I am like 4-5 weeks pregnant. I been having upper pain like gas. No pain my uterus just like bloating sensation. Feels so uncomfortable and it keeps me up. I try to go use it but I don’t have too... anyone experienced that before??? What can be good to eat throughout my day to make it better?? Thanks❤️
