Do I go to hospital!?!?!?!

My 6 week old, 3 day adjusted just had her very first harder stool, I was mid diaper change and saw it come out, didnt look like a struggle, but it has a tiny bit of red mucus in it! Im a FTM, do I go to hospital? Im worried!!! Is this at all normal???
