A little rant
So I recently received a promotion. I'm now an operations processing specialist, I was a call center rep before. Since its health insurance and January is the busiest month I agreed Monday and Tuesdays to work in the call center as needed. Today I was told its daily until further notice. I'm pretty pissed about it, it's not what I agreed to or signed up for.
