Insomnia
What are you doing to help with insomnia?? I am currently 33 weeks and I have not slept the last week. I wake up around 2:00 and stay awake for several hours. Falling asleep is also very hard lately. I have tried no screen time an hour before bed, Benadryl (cleared by my doctor), melatonin (cleared by doctor). I can’t get comfortable and just lay there awake. I am a teacher going back to school this week and need my sleep! Any help you can give me would be wonderful! This is my first baby. Thanks!
