Provera users please help!

Okay so I had to have my mirena surgically removed in October. My period still hasn’t come so my obgyn put me on 10 mg provera for 7 days. I finished the last pill on Christmas. So today is day 8 after provera and still no period. I had an episode of pink watery spotting on the 12/28 and once on 12/31 only when I wiped. Nothing since those... no sign of AF! Bonus I woke up this morning with a horrible headache, my back is killing me, my coffee made me queasy (which is cruel), and I’m so tired! I felt fine before bed last night! What is going on with me???!!!! This is driving me bonkers!
