I was a January '19 poster up until December 26th, so hello!

I had my second baby born via C-section last week and by Friday, the incision wasn't healing. My doctor slapped on a wound vac and proceeded to give me antibiotics. It's now been a full week since baby boy was born and my milk supply hasn't come in yet. I can feed him a little bit (hand expressing gets some results) and I hear him gulping, but soon he's crying and screaming for more and there's a barren desert. Has anyone had antibiotics right after birth, had a low/slow milk supply, and still had success breastfeeding after the antibiotics we're finished? These first few days are so critical, I don't know if I can fix it.
