My boyfriend and I had sex last night 3 times, 2 times without protection and one w protection 
The first time we did it and he said he pulled out in “time” but he’s still worried bc he came but not inside me apparently but he’s still worried 
And the other times he pulled out way earlier 
And I gotta emphasizes that my period was over the day before and this app says that I have a 7% chance to get pregnant 
Soooo.... idk what to do

It’s always very possible to get pregnant having unprotected sex. Take plan b if u don’t wanna risk it.

You aren’t aware of where he came and the pullout isn’t a method to prevent so yes it is very possible you will test positive.

Get plan B. You shouldn’t ever go by an app to track whether or not your ovulating. Also, get on birth control and use condoms if you don’t want to get pregnant.

Pull out isn’t really that effective unless you’re actively tracking your ovulation rather than just trusting that some app magically knows your body. 
So yes, you should worry and go get emergency contraception. Test in 2-3 weeks to see if ECP worked.
