Way to announce?

Trying to come up with a cute way to announce the gender of our second once we find out in February. HELP!!

Answer

I know the feeling. I’m finding out the gender of my second on Feb 18th but will have the tech put it in an envelope. We were thinking about doing a party but decided to do a photo shoot instead. We will get a big box and have the clerk fill it with blue or pink balloons and then we will have a photographer take our pictures while we open it and find out the gender. I would be devastated if we held a gender reveal party and we didn’t get the reaction from family and friends that I would hope for because it’s our second and I don’t think people are that into this pregnancy (which is fine, it’s for me not them). But we will have some nice pictures of us as a family that we can send out to our family and friends. Plus I’d hate to have them come to a party just to go to another one a couple months later for the shower.  Sorry, long post. I looked on this page for many ideas at first.
