So all my life I've had awesome, strong nails. They would grow beautifully and the tips were naturally white and healthy. Now for the last year or so, I'm truly struggling with my nails. First time ever in my life. They break, split and fold constantly. They have no strength at all. I've tried a gel overlay but honestly it's not helping. I need to fix my nails and make them strong again. Please help with suggestions.
