Question!

So my fiancé and I are sexually active. We always use a condom and started using new ones with spermicide on them. What if we started sex off unprotected, he didn’t ejaculate at all yet, but then put the condom on and then finished. If there was any pre-ejaculate that leaked into my vagina during unprotected, would the spermicide kill it in the vagina? In other words, can the pre-ejaculate even get me pregnant? He urinated in between both of the circumstances this happened. I’m just afraid because I was kind of around my fertile window.
