Not hungry???

Question

So I’ve been dealing with a cold for the past couple days, but I haven’t been feeling hungry today. At all. I’ve still eaten bc I know I should. It’s just weird bc I’ve had some aversion to some foods, but not completely. I’m almost at 13 weeks. Anybody having this???

Yeah I’m all over the place. My nausea went away for Christmas but came right back. It’s terrible. I can’t catch a break. So I’m hungry but can’t eat. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve gained weight but my face is looking thinner. Go figure.

Story of my life. My eating routine has been all over the place. Days where I’m super nauseous and having food aversions to things I normally love, days where I don’t want to eat anything, days where I crave very specific foods, etc. I also had a cold a few weeks ago and my appetite went down significantly. Just try eating small snacks throughout the day, that’s what’s really helped me. (And having options because I never know what I’ll want) 😂
